What Is The Media Library?

A brief description of what the media library is and how to use it.

The “Media Library” is a feature that allows users to store creatives for future use. The media library significantly speeds up the process of creating duplicated or similar ads across different ad groups, placements, or publishers.

Within the media library you can create folders, as well as include ads in the same folder by using the drag-and-drop option to keep things organized. You can create a folder, image ad, HTML ad, text ad or file, as well as an in-banner video, YouTube video, VAST tag or custom XML tag. Only the folder name is required to be specified when you’re creating something new – any other ad data can be added through the “Edit” option.

When you click on an ad in the media library list, all of the ad details will pop up to the right. Here you can edit ad details – depending on the type of ad, you’ll have different information to input. Click on the following links to see what information each ad needs to have.

An ad or folder can be renamed by clicking the blue “Rename” button located at the top of the screen. An ad or folder can be deleted by clicking the red “Delete” button located at the top of the screen.

The “Bulk Upload” button saves you time because it allows you to take a zip file and upload all of those images into the library without having to create each of them individually.
